breakfast is very good and restaurant staff is very friendly. Location, in my case, was excellent because of the proximity to the activities I had planned. Large room, comfortable bed and pleasant room temperature.

The treatment of one of the gentlemen of the reception staff. Specifically Francesco, who was unkind enough to explain the hotel facilities, as well as the key to the internet and when I asked him, his treatment was rude. On the other hand, he indicated that the price I had to pay for my breakfast was a high one and when I went to the hotel restaurant, they told me that because of my long stay the cost was quite lower. The free wifi that the hotel offers is of very low quality, it is very slow and it is not useful to work comfortably, it is almost like not having internet. And the paid internet, has a very high daily cost. The rooms, although well equipped, are a little neglected, could be better, with the walls better painted.

Modern and fairly clean place overall with marvellous and comfortable location close to the airport for an early morning flight. I almost gave this place a good review, but the missing room slippers and a rude staff response ruined everything. The carpets are dreadful, and the AC sounds like a jet engine. It's a travesty not to receive special treatment when everything about this hotel screams 'basic. ' Try again, NH Milano.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Milan, which greatly facilitated my explorations around the city without the hassle of public transport.

This place desperately needs maintenance-a broken shower liquid bottle, stained carpets, and a sink resembling an abandoned wasteland are just a few examples. The air conditioning is not just noisy. It's ineffective. There's also a bad smell that lingers throughout, along with almost every appliance in the bathroom showing signs of wear and tear. To top it off, accessing the hotel is a real challenge due to confusing directions, leading to frustration before you even step inside.

I had a pleasant stay at Nh Milano 2 Residence. the accommodation was fairly clean, and the location is excellent, being very close to Malpensa airport and the Linate flight path. the check-in process was quick, and the employees were nice and accommodating. My compact twin/double room featured two single beds and a balcony along with a shower. Everything was simply wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my time here.

We frequently stay in the standard king room here, and we really appreciate how quiet and cozy it is. 🛏️.

The venue is overall clean and features incredible breakfasts and stunning terrace views. the twin/double room offers a comfortable bed, along with a mini-bar, a work desk, and satellite television. We enjoyed a tasty meal at the outdoor restaurant and experienced excellent service throughout our enjoyable stay. the check-in process was quick and efficient.

The king bed in the standard room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered here was fantastic, including delicious rice.
